Kyle is Director of Homeownership and Community Development, at Ruoff Mortgage as well as a professor of accounting and finance at the University of Saint Francis.   

His personal statement is as follows: "Serving others always comes first. Serving my family, friends and neighbors means so much more than accomplishing any of my personal goals. I am second to the service of God and others!"  He has experience in financial budgeting, banking, homeownership and financial oversight.

Brandi Schorey is currently the Community Relations Representative for Anthem Medicaid for northeast Indiana. She is active in her community and passionate about changing the system and providing access and opportunity to all. She is married, has one son, and lives in Fort Wayne. 

Jeff Vaughan has been a residential Realtor since 1985. He has served both sellers and buyers for 40 years and has had thousands of successful transactions. He is a land lord who has owned 59 houses and managed hundreds more for owners.
Jeff’s service to the Realtor Association placed him in the prestigious Realtor Hall of Fame.
Currently only 33 members have been awarded this honor over the course of the last 100 years.
His commitment to central city housing in the heart of the city is evident as he has worked in a volunteer capacity since 1988. In one role he led an organization that made 28 million dollars in mortgages to homeowners who otherwise would not qualify. The same organization was able to impact 419 homes that needed repairs such as roof, furnace, foundation, sewer work.
He currently serves on the board of Forgotten Stones.

John J. Foster, known as “J.J.,” is a dedicated leader with nearly thirty years of experience in enhancing the lives of youth and families through his work in sports, government, and nonprofits. He began his career in Social Services, progressing to roles such as a Juvenile Probation Officer and Director of Education and Youth Services for the Urban League, where he implemented impactful initiatives and improved corporate sponsorships. At the Fort Wayne Housing Authority, he developed social service programs, helping over 9,000 residents achieve self-sufficiency. Currently, as a CRA Loan Mortgage Officer at Lake City Bank, J.J. focuses on increasing minority loans and financial education in underserved communities. He holds various certifications and is active in several committees and boards, including the Race Equity and Inclusion coalition and Habitat for Humanity. J.J. is also the author of the “Me and C” children’s book series. Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, he graduated from the University of South Carolina-Coastal Carolina and continues to impact his community significantly.

Ryan serves as the Lead Pastor at Broadway Christian Church in Downtown Fort Wayne. He loves facilitating the partnership between Forgotten Stones and the church. Ryan's is married to Katie and they have four children: Gloria, Joy, Evangeline, and Abraham.
